Off topic for this week…
A customer of ours is raising money and awareness for prostate cancer. I am also attending the event and supporting the cause. The fun part of it is that we get to grow out a mustache for the event, which looks ridiculous on me but its for a great cause! With car technology changing more then ever, we need the training to keep up. This past month we were recognized as a gold class http://www.goldclass.com/ repair shop.
This is a continuing education program for all employees. This program allows for all of the employees here to go for training. Instead of having one person go for training and ”teaching” the shop what they learned, now everyone in the shop goes for training on a yearly basis to keep up with new vehicle trends and allow for a safer and more quality repair
