J&F Chatsworth Auto body has an excellent reputation in the area and has been in business for over 20 yrs as a collision repair shop and for over twenty years as a general repair shop. Everyone on our staff knows there is only one way to repair a vehicle, the right way. To return a vehicle to its pre-accident condition, we know that training and state of the art equipment is essential. Our technicians are always expanding their knowledge with the latest technological information; our equipment is always on the leading edge of technology. The technicians are ASE certified and go through constant training through I-Car. All our services are come with a written warranty.

We work on a direct repair basis for many insurance companies and are a part of network of certified repair shops in our Area. When the insurance company requires you to have a vehicle inspected, make an appointment with the Insurance Company here so we can negotiate claims with the insurance companies, to make the repair process as smooth as possible for our customers. In addition to having an excellent reputation with Insurance companies, we also have a close relationship with dealers in the area. All our estimates are provided by a New York State Certified Adjuster with a computerized estimating program and with years of experience, not only as an Adjuster but also as technician. Our estimates are written with perfection in mind, all parts on the estimate are from the original vehicle manufacturer. If there is a question with our estimate, just ask. We understand that the estimate can look like just a bunch of numbers and lines, but we are here to explain in detail what everything means. If you have received more than one estimate and there is a price difference, please come in and we can go over the estimates together and look at the differences.
