We work on a direct repair basis for many insurance companies and are a part of network of certified repair shops in our area.
When your insurance company requires you to have a vehicle inspected, make an appointment with your insurance company at our shop so we can negotiate the claim with the insurance company to make the repair process as smooth as possible for our customers. In addition to having an excellent reputation with many insurance companies, we also have a close relationship with dealers in the area.
All of our estimates are provided using a computerized estimating program by a New York State Certified Adjuster with years of experience as both an adjuster and technician. Our estimates are written with perfection in mind; all parts on the estimate are from the original vehicle manufacturer. If there is a question with our estimate, just ask. We understand that the estimate can seem overwhelming, but we are here to explain in detail what everything means. If you have received more than one estimate and there is a price difference, please come in so we may look over both estimates and examine any differences.

At our facility we utilize state of the art equipment to allow our technicians to repair the vehicle “the right way.” To provide estimates we use CCC Pathways software program, a program recognized and used by most insurance companies. The software is updated monthly and provides us with information on vehicles found on the road today. We are able to print estimate and images of the damage as well as electronically upload the estimate and images to your insurance company. 
    A Nova Verta Prestige full downdraft paint booth in conjunction with our Neva Auto Color paint system provides us with the ability to match the newest, most complex paint finishes. The paint booth is fully computerized monitoring  four stages of filtration to provide flawless paint jobs and to protect the environment. It has baking capabilities of up to 170 degrees. The paint system is updated on a regular basis to provide paint formulas for vehicles on the road today. This combination allows us to replicate the OEM paint finish.
We also use a Uniram solvent recycler. This piece of equipment allows us to recycle the paint solvents that are used from day to day. This helps our shop reduce the amount of solvents that have to be used and operate in a more eco-friendly way.
  For structural unibody and frame repairs, we use a Blackhawk Power Pro 360 frame machine with a Car-o-liner Vision electronic measuring system. The measuring equipment is one of the most important tools in the shop. This gives us the ability to align the structure of the vehicle to the original measurements it came with right out of the factory. Before and after printouts are available so you won’t have to worry about your car being “crooked” after an accident.
